Sconsiglio vivamente questo B&B per vari motivi. Manca il bidet anche se c’era scritto Lavori davanti la struttura non segnalati che impediscono di arrivare sulla strada dove si trova la struttura, solo dopo che la titolare mi ha indicato una strada alternativa sono riuscito ad arrivare. Colazione pessima Titolare poco gentile poco disponibile e non aggiungo altro.

Very bad experience

First there was no free parking as indicated, so we had to find paid parking elsewhere. We were there for a single night and the toilet gets clogged due to something that turned out to have nothing to do with us (which they wrongly refuse to admit). They immediately blamed us for the clogged toilet and made us feel unwelcome instead of apologizing for the situation, so we had to spend our only night there without running water. The room itself was clean and the location central, but the breakfast the next day was only a single croissant and some coffee/juice at a nice enough café.

Assez bon établissement.

Excellent acceuil notre hôte est vraiment à notre écoute mais peu présent. La chambre "Iris" est spacieuse, tres bien equipee, par contre sur rue un peu bruyante, la douche n'est pas pratique dans la baignoire. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café à l'extérieur, il se compose d'une boisson chaude, un jus de fruit et un croissant, le reste est en supplément.

Lovely B&B in Cagliari

Lovely B&B. The room was very nice. There was a small kitchen area with coffee and tea facilities. Free water bottles. Good location. All very clean. Breakfast was served at a coffee shop accross the road with freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee and a croissant. The only thing to remember is you have to call the owner to check in as they are not on site. Check in is from 3pm. He was very nice and helpful.

el viejo espíritu del B·and B. se vuelve a sentir como en las casas inglesas, cuando te recibía la dueña y te trataba bien, sin inmiscuirse jamás. te atienden. responden a tus pedidos. son amables. si uno desea el anonimato, también lo tiene. sólo en contadas ocasiones nos hemos cruzado en la puerta los huéspedes y no pasa nada por ello, tampoco. ambiente de diseño, en común con otros sitios renovados en Italia de parecidas características.

Piacevole

B&B situato al primo e secondo piano di un anonimo palazzo in posizione centrale. Stanze molto confortevoli con bagni nuovi e dotati di ogni comfort. La colazione è in camera in quanto la struttura non ha una sala da pranzo comune né servizio, quindi il necessario (abbondante e vario) per la prima colazione si trova in camera dove c'è un piccolo e piacevole spazio per fare colazione. Unico neo la mancanza di servizio e presidio della struttura. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con un oggetto dimenticato che però la responsabile Alice, che ringrazio per la gentilezza, si è preoccupata di farci riavere inviandolo a casa nostra.

Great position, terrific people.

Alice was a most enthusiastic and attentive host. The room was small but so well organised, every detail had been thought of. Beautifully fitted out and all the small details covered. Parking taken care of.Just a small distance to the old city and Alice most helpful with restaurant booking.

Sehr nettes Personal, super Lage. Man ist zu Fuß vom Bahnhof in nur 5 Minuten da, am Hafen ebenfalls und auch nur 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Unser Zimmer hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und es war alles sehr sauber.

Perfecto para pasar unos días en Cagliari

Hemos disfrutado de unos días en Cagliari y en parte ha sido debido a nuestra experiencia aquí. Alice y su compañero son muy amables y están pendientes de todo lo que puedas necesitar. El establecimiento está muy cerca del centro y además también lo está de la estación de tren (interesante si llegas desde el aeropuerto), aunque en unza zona tranquila. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y decoradas con gusto. El poder desayunar tranquilamente en ellas es un plus.

Hidden Charm

We booked a last minute trip to Sardinia and had not used a B&B in a long time. It was beyond anything we could have asked for. Charming large rooms in a great location. Facade of the building does not do it justice. Alice and Sisar were delightful hosts giving us the best tips and advice with lots of info and leaflets. We also booked a day trip via them which was great fun. The stay is right next to central station but the area is safe and developed well. The train ride to and from the airport is a max of 5mins and around 2 euros each person. No need to use a taxi. Trains run around every 20 mins. Breakfast and room snacks were overwhelming and more than you could wish for in a truly Italian way. Highly recommended and will return again. Following this great trip will do more B&B's and less hotels.
