"Lovely hotel and the front desk staff was excellent and went out of their way to print our baggage tags for cruise. Ate at the rooftop dining area 3 nights, the view was perfect and food delicious but there was not enough staff - one person for the entire rooftop, plus he was the bartender. The service continued to decline and we asked for a after dinner drink, after spending a lot of money there and a lengthy dinner because of the long wait time and we were told that he was closing the bar because he had no help and didn't have time to make drinks plus wait tables, so we left."

"Excellent 3 night stay. Very convenient location, especially if you're planning on traveling by bus. Hotel staff all very helpful and accommodating. Check-in & check out was easy. They also allowed us to leave our bags with them, free of charge, until our room was ready. 10/10 would stay again. "
