  • In the heart of Caen’s historic district. Our 34-square-meter apartment is just steps away from monuments, shops, bars, and restaurants.

    Overlooking a private courtyard, fully renovated and tastefully decorated, it can accommodate up to 4 people for a romantic getaway, family holiday, business trip, or sightseeing trip.

    It features a main living area that doubles as a sleeping area (sofa bed), a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet.

    I’m available by phone or through the Airbnb platform for any inquiries.

    Located in the historic Mairie area, on the site of the former butcher shop.
    Local shops, bars, and restaurants are just a few steps away.

    Everything is within walking distance, and there’s a bus stop right nearby.
    No parties or late-night gatherings allowed
