"Exceptional! Hotel Van Cleef is pure magic. The divine hotel itself, the amazing staff, the location. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bruges is a magnificent town, and this hotel is the perfect place to stay there. "

"Very friendly staff here especially the older gentleman that checked us in and later worked in their lounge. The room was clean, large, and very elegant looking. Location was excellent and we had a fantastic view of the canal and 5 min to the main square. I’d definitely stay here again! "

"Really loved the style of the rooms and of the hotel itself. It is in a great location for everything in the city. Easy walking and wonderful views of the buildings. The breakfast in the “vault” which was right next to the canal, was very good with great atmosphere. "
