"25 years ago this place might have been a great place. It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated. Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters. If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken...

We had the penthouse apartment which had a fabulous private roof terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers which we made use of due to having great weather in March. Great location, shops and restaurants around the corner. The old town of Cadiz is very walkable - nothing was more than a 15-20 minute walk away at the most from the apartment. "Pros: Excellent location near the central market, tons of cafes and supermarkets, and around a charming square. Property has high ceilings, excellent natural light and is cheerful, Nidia at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Code based entry excellent idea and does not require carryng around a card. What can be improved: The effective space is not very much, there's quite a bit of lost space due to long-ish passages and crannies; perhaps some furniture or storage could be added to...
