BLUE Atlantic Family Home, a family home overlooking the sea.



It is located on the seafront promenade of Cadiz, on the Playa de la Victoria, considered the best beach in Europe and close to very prestigious restaurants.



The flat has 108m2, is located on a 1st floor with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable 150x200cm bed and the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a double bed with a 90x190cm mattress. In addition, the flat has two bathrooms with shower equipped with hairdryer; independent kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend a fabulous time with your loved ones and a wonderful terrace with direct views of the beautiful Playa de La Victoria and its promenade.



Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made up. In the flat you will also find iron for clothes, cot and cot linen (if you let us know in advance) and hoover.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).



This flat has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all! Otherwise, you will have to go to CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 office CADIZ4RENTALS.

A pleasant stay

a spacious apartment, located on the oceanfront, parking space, grocery store nearby, restaurants in the area, good connection to public transportation, comfortable beds. Good communication with the hosts, they promptly resolved any of our requests part of the apartment is a little dark (kitchen, one bedroom and the living room), perhaps in the middle of summer this can become an advantage If you can ask the owner to equip the apartment with 2-3 beach chairs, it would make the apartment perfect for tourists arriving in the area by plane.

Todo es positivo,empezando por la atención de Rosa,q en todo momento estuvo pendiente de si estábamos agusto y si nos gustaba,como nos explicó todo… El apartamento es grande y muy bonito,pero a mi lo q más me gustó fue la terraza con vistas al mar,poder desayunar,comer,cenar con esas vistas es lo mejor,la ubicación junto al la playa,con acceso directo desde el mismo edificio, parking enfrente del edificio, q entraba en el precio del apartamento. VOLVEREMOS SIN DUDARLO. No tengo nada q decir,pq para nosotros ha sido maravilloso.

Apartamento ubicado en primera linea de playa con acceso directo,libre de barreras,perfecto para andar con una sillita de bebe. Plaza de parking incluida.
