"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable."

"Room was not that clean... it had sticky floors and the bathrooms need attention, dirty from previous guests. I did not visit the Bar or Casino. The Staff members were very nice. Requesting towels and room reset was a daily ask and should be automatic unless requested not to clean the room."

"Staff not friendly! Our room had trash behind the furniture. Tv didn’t work, pool didn’t work, ice machines didn’t work, phones didn’t work. We stayed there for 2 days and when asked for towels staff said there where none to come back in one hour.. Odd! When we did another staff member counted them before she would give us new ones.. And said she could only give me what I brought her back.. Very unprofessional. This hotel seems to be struggling but I don’t see how when they clearly have the business!! "

"We were there for a conference and the room wasn’t ready. Check in was at 4 we arrived at 5:30 and room wasn’t ready until 7:30. No accommodations were made. There was no iron in the room, the TV didn’t work either. Was not a good experience. And we felt like they didn’t care. "

"I stayed for four nights and was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service. Today’s rental properties often come fully equipped with the same amenities as a home, including washers, dryers, and dishwashers. The key difference that typically sets hotels apart is the expectation of a clean, refreshed space each day. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I requested housekeeping service for my room three separate times, but it was never cleaned. As a result, trash began to pile up and used towels were left sitting, creating an uncomfortable environment. I don’t understand how hotels can fall short in the one area that should be their greatest strength, which is providing guests with a clean, relaxing space to return to."

"The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. "

"I travel a lot for work. I always stay in a Microtel if it's available bc I find they're clean and dependable. This particular site would do better to hire a person who likes their job to check people in."
