"Great location on the Asian side. Good cafes and a 15-20 min walk to the ferry. It's a bit of a distance if you plan to visit the European side daily but the ferry ride is great. The desk staff were very helpful and it's nice having a restaurant on premises. We had a standard room and it was fine for us."

"I understand that others rated this hotel highly. However upon my check in, the deposit box had no batteries. The room's door had stopped working due to batteries so that also had to get fixed. Quite noisy at night but that is part of the area's charm. Locationwise however it is excellent and very close to this great food hall called Kadiköy Terminal"

"The room was in poor working condition. Bathroom shower was detached from the wall and was about to fall. Commode seat was sliding side to side and too small for the size of the commode. Bathroom fan was making terrible noise. Shower stall had broken glass section held in place with chalking. Shower stall was so small that closing the door was nearly impossible after getting in. I'm 6' and weigh 200#. Room floor and moldings were in need of repair. Hotel entrance door handle came off as I tried...

"Good choice for the area, but the hotel needs an update
As a VIP Expedia guest, I was given a nice upgrade to the 9th floor with a great view. The room was spacious, which I appreciated — but it’s clear that the hotel has seen better days. The interior feels dated and is in need of renovation.
You can tell this place used to be top-notch, but it’s aging and could really benefit from a refresh. That said, given the area, I doubt you’ll find anything significantly better nearby. So overall, it’s still a solid choice — just manage your expectations.
