"We've stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it but this time and the previous stay were not great because of issues with the tv in our room. We had to have someone come up and look at our tv because it kept dropping the signal from their internet, they use Roku sets and they had to show me how to reset everything each time they lost the internet. Pretty frustrating 🙁"

"Nice people, very kind! We had one very cold night. The cabin was nice. Everything good as far as getting what we needed the people at the desk went above and beyond. I loved getting to see the Dogs around. The shower was made for people 5’3” and below. Clean, friendly, kitchen area clean and nice. The price was very good! "Staying at this hotel in the winter (off season) was not ideal. Too much snow, parking challenging, and hotel office closed. Room was fine, but no view of the lake. My room key didn’t work on my last day, so staff had to re-issue a new key. For winter, I recommend staying 7 miles north in town..Grand Marie…where there are more guests, better overall parking, access to businesses and customer service."
