Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 92 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Cabrières-d'Avignon, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 300 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 50 m² living room with TV, sofas, double sofa bed and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom with double bed (160x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

First floor (mezzanine):
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- 300 m² enclosed, private, south-facing garden
- A 20 m² terrace, shaded by a south-facing pergola, with furniture to enjoy fine weather.
- A second, uncovered, west-facing 20 m² terrace with furniture.

The house is ideally located in Cabrières-d'Avignon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
