Rafraîchissement indispensable

Bien que cette location soit parfaite en termes de superficie et d'emplacement, nous ne pouvons que constater la dégradation de cet appartement au fil des ans. Un rafraîchissement peinture serait vraiment nécessaire et, en ce qui concerne la literie, remplacer le matelas tout tâché et inconfortable serait urgent !

emplacement idéal, équipement correct. adresse à conserver. 2 petites remarques. L'eau chaude est très très chaude, prévoir un réglage au niveau du cumulus pour prévenir tout risque avec les enfants. Traces d'humidité et de moisissures dans la pièce à vivre et la chambre . Il serait dommage de laisser se dégrader un si beau gite.

Un emplacement idéal !

Un bel appartement, très bien agencé, parfait pour une famille. La vue depuis chaque fenêtre est magnifique ! La localisation est idéale pour aller à la plage et se promener dans Cabourg. Par contre il n'est pas toujours simple de trouver où se garer à proximité... Et le ménage laissait vraiment à désirer à notre arrivée (peut-être juste un loupé occasionnel).
