A lovely property in a great position. My only critique would be that they asked for a €500 cash deposit on arrival and weren't prepared to give a receipt, a form of receipt was agreed on by us both signing a contract I had with me. The deposit was returned on leaving , it was not mentioned in the ad about cash and how much.

Magnifique appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout était parfait. Nous avons profité de la terrasse tous les soirs . La plage est à 50 m et la facilité du parking, un Lidel à proximité .Un très bel accueil et une petite attention des propriétaires qui fait tout plaisir. Nous recommandons sans hésitation et peut-être à une prochaine fois 😊

Appartement très agréable. Nous n'avions pas comme souhait de déjeuner ou diner dans l'appartement et donc d'utiliser les appareils ménager. Grand bien nous en fasse car les propriétaires sont d'une maniaquerie tellement extrême que nous pensons qu'il est préférable d'utiliser cette location que pour dormir et si possible utiliser les toilettes à l'extérieur de l'appartement. Une liste de contrainte de nettoyage nous a été transmise pas la propriétaire complétement incroyable (éponge avec grattoir ou sans grattoir selon le type de matériel à nettoyer, produit x, y ou z à utiliser selon l'endroit et la zone à nettoyer et bien d'autres directives) Franchement exagéré. Sur la table de salle à manger un film plastic. Personnellement je déconseille, avec une demande de caution hors site abritel de 500 €. Je déconseille

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la location de Mme Laboureur à Cabourg. La location d'une propreté incomparable, plan de travail, ustensiles, couverts nickel ( pour dire c'est la première fois que nous ne lavons pas les couverts avant de les utiliser, c'est pour dire si c'était hyper clean ). Literie en très bon état, d'un calme, si on veut se reposer il n'y a pas mieux. Appartement bien agencé et bien décoré. La propriétaire que nous n'avons eu que par téléphone est une personne charmante, très aimable. On se sent en sécurité quand on l'a au bout du fil, on sait que l'on peut avoir confiance en elle et sur son bien. Mme Bellabas qui nous a reçu, qui s'occupe de l'entretien de la location, est une personne très chaleureuse, dynamique et qui fait son travail superbement. C' est une personne avec qui nous avons échangé longuement et on voit qu'elle aime ce qu'elle fait. En fait c'est une location ou l'on peut aller les yeux fermés et ou on sait que l'on aura que des bonnes surprises. Nous y retourneront volontiers dès que nous aurons l'occasion.
