In a secure luxury residence, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center, apartment with a capacity of 6 people with terrace, composed of 3 main rooms, with an area of 45 mÂČ, South exposure.

The apartment includes a living room / lounge (TV) overlooking the terrace,
an equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge),
A first bedroom (with 1 double bed 140x190), a second bedroom (with 2 twin beds of 90x190). A sofa bed in the living room (160 x 190). Large storage cupboards. Electric heating.
Bathroom (bath / shower), separate WC.

Digicode at the entrance of the residence. 2nd floor with elevator.
Private parking space in the residence.
Final cleaning is compulsory in the amount of 35 euros.

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© La gestion de la conciergerie laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer Le mĂ©nage est insuffisant et surtout le linge n’est pas propre, les lits ne sont pas faits Ă  l’arrivĂ©e ! C’est dommage pour une location qui revient Ă  env 1000€ la semaine

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous allons dans cet appartement pour des vacances avec nos petits enfants. Il est parfaitement adapté et trÚs bien situé dans Cabourg. Nous avons apprécié le remplacement de la moquette par un sol plus simple à entretenir. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Eine schöne Wohnung in guter und ruhiger Lage. In 5 Minuten am Strand. Prima, dass es einen Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck gibt, allerdings gab es anfangs Probleme mit anderen Hausbewohnern, die sich beschwerten, dass wir dort parkten und erst nach ErklĂ€rung Ruhe gaben. Leider war auch ein anderes Mal Parkplatz besetzt. BettwĂ€scheservice nicht so gut, es ist besser eigene HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche mitzubringen. Ansonsten super Aufenthalt, gern wieder. Es war auch sehr gut, dass der Vermieter vorab gute ErklĂ€rungen per Email auf Anfragen gab. Alles sehr freundlich.

Appartement agréable bien situé

Appartement agréable, au calme mais proche de la plage et des commerces. Jolie décoration, cuisine bien équipée, seul bémol la baignoire placée sous un toit en pente qui ne permet pas de prendre une douche debout pour les adultes.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour avec 2 de nos petits-enfants L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©. La mer et le centre de Cabourg sont accessibles rapidement. Nous avons laissĂ© la voiture au parking. L’appartement est confortable et agrĂ©able avec ses 2 chambres. Le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge sont neufs ou trĂšs rĂ©cents Bref un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour

Appartement agrĂ©able lumineux la cuisine et la salle de bains sont petites mais mais ça va on peut y faire ce qu on a a y faire en mĂȘme temps on est lĂ  que pour quelques jours et non pour y vivre .j ai apprĂ©cier tout ce qu il y a Ă  notre disposition comme des jeux de plages des sacs . Je recommande cet appartement sans hĂ©sitation.

Appartement bien situĂ© par rapport Ă  la plage et ses balades (moins de 5 minutes au plus prĂšs) un peu plus pour le centre ville (je n’ai pas regardĂ© ma montre). Le seul bĂ©mol de notre sĂ©jour Ă©tait la plaque qui avait un seul feu sur les deux qui fonctionnait (signalĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e). TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et distribuĂ© pour notre famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas Ăąge).

L'appartement est trÚs propre et bien équipé. Par contre nous avons été trÚs déçus de la cuisine car elle est minuscule et la salle de bain, un vrai mouchoir de poche. Attention si vous mesurez 1.80m pas la peine d'espérer faire une douche. Mon mari a du se contorsionner et se laver à genou dans la baignoire franchement pas top. Nous n't reviendrons pas.

Bel appartement lumineux à proximité de la plage et du centre de Cabourg. Nous y avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour. Accueil sympathique de Mme Dromart. Merci pour la bouteille de cidre et les chocolats .
