Measuring 2,800 square feet, our Ocean View Villas feature three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a full kitchen with appliances, a spacious TV room with flat-screen TVs, an additional half bath for guests and a laundry room. Bedroom amenities include walk-in closets, pillow top mattresses, and the finest Egyptian cotton linens. Bathroom amenities include dual-sink vanities, shower and jetted bathtubs. The villas are non-smoking. Max occupancy: 10.

Wondrous views for every resident visitor to enjoy as all three master suites face out over the cliff and can view the ocean with walk-out balconies or patios. There are no interior bedrooms. The multi-level living provides privacy for each couple enjoying this location. The villa is on the Pacific Ocean side of Cabo San Lucas, the most elegantly sophisticated, safe, and quaint town in all of Mexico.

While staying at the Monte Cristo Estates you will have access to the restaurants, pools and beaches of all these resorts. There is a free resort shuttle bus that operates between the two locations of Sunset Beach and Medano Beach. For Monte Cristo guests only there is an additional restaurant , lounge , pool and fitness center adjacent to the check in office.

This Gated Community is on the side of the cliff overlooking the Brilliant Blue Pacific Ocean in Cabo San Lucas, MX. This property was brand new in 2006 and most of the villas were built in 2008 or newer. Minutes away and around the mountain is the Marina, the downtown shopping, and thriving heartbeat of Cabo. Yet, tranquility, exclusivity, privacy, peace, and opulence remain within Monte Cristo for your pleasure.
