Overall a good Holiday. Most staff were very nice. Roberto was specifically very attentive to any requests. I would recommend reservations at the restaurants as they say you don't need one, but then you end up waiting for sometimes 30-45min for a seat at peak times. We had a Swim Up Pool Room which was nice as the vibe at the Main Pools is very busy with lots of Kids and the vibe at the Adult Pool is a bit much when the "Young Adults" get drinking to much. Hotel could use some updates as looking pretty dated, but room was clean. Food was pretty good at the restaurants....buffet as usual at All Inclusives was meh. Overall good resort for the price. Nicer ones on this stretch, but much more expensive.

This was my second time staying at the property. The staff is amazing at customer service and truly helps make your stay comfortable. However, the in-room amenities were inconsistent. We booked three rooms, and none of them had enough towels for all guests; one room was missing a “Do Not Disturb” ...
