Montecristo is an exclusive gated community located within Quivira Los Cabos. Situated at the tip of the magnificent Baja Peninsula, along a coastal bluff, Montecristo residences offer dramatic and stunning ocean views.

Measuring 3767 square feet, the Ocean View Villa features a very large private, outdoor jacuzzi situated on the top floor terrace and a beautiful, private infinity pool on the bottom floor terrace. The villa has a panoramic view of the water and stunning views of sunrises, sunsets, and everything in between. The villa also includes three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a full kitchen with appliances, a spacious TV room with flat-screen TVs, an additional half bath for guests and a laundry room. Bedroom amenities include walk-in closets, pillow top mattresses, and Egyptian cotton linens. Bathroom amenities include dual-sink vanities and jetted bathtubs. Villas accommodate up to eight adults, plus an additional two with the sofa bed. The Villa is finished in marble, granite and solid mahogany woodwork.

While staying at the Montecristo Estate villa, guests have access to all of the amenities included at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort: The resort offers many restaurants, multiple bars, pools, an award-winning spa, and lots of activities for couples as well as families. Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach has sister properties in Cabo (PB Rose and PB Blanco). Guests at Montecristo have full access to the other Pueblo Bonito hotels including restaurants via a brief, courtesy shuttle van than operates every hour. The shuttle to PB Rose bring guests directly to famous Medano Beach for tons of water activities, restaurants, bars, shopping, R&R, and people watching.

Guests may choose an all-inclusive option for meals and drinks for some or all of their stay, making the vacation as easy and flexible as possible. 24-hour room service is available to the villa. There is a spa and fitness center exclusive to Montecristo guests, in addition to ones at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach.

An on-site concierge is assigned to each Montecristo villa to assist with any questions and to help book activities, transportation, excursions (e.g., incredible zip lines, fishing excursions, golf, snorkeling, diving, hiking, horseback riding, ATV's).
