The space was nice and modern but lacked a few details. (No cork screw and only 1 wine glass, we were unable to find the proper coffee pods for the coffee maker)The entry code was changed a few times during our stay which was not communicated to us. Thank goodness for the exceptional evening door man that helped us out. We were disappointed with the noise level, we booked this property to get away from the hustle and bustle and thought it would be much quieter. To our dismay there was alot of traffic noise and neighbourhood dogs that barked all night long. On a positive note, the roof top patio was fabulous and provided nice views.

we liked the whole property. our dislikes were that you could not get earlier access, you have to get out of your car to access the keypad to the garage and get out to open the gate leaving the garage(the sensor is too close to the gate itself)

The facility was modern and comfortable. The rear half of the building is along side a one way street coming out of the downtown area. Traffic is constant and noisy. Also both properties across the street has 2 large dogs and another 2 large dogs right beside it as well. I stayed in a lower corner unit. The dogs are all outside animals and love to bark at anything. The barking goes throughout the night. Also there’s a Mexican bar/ party shack on the other corner that cranks out loud Mexican music well into the wee hours off the night. Just when you think it can’t get any worse there’s chickens on that property as well and the roosters start crowing at around 4 am. The units have large windows and don’t do much to limit sound. Stayed a week and didn’t get one night of peaceful sleep. If you sleep like a log or deaf then this is a good place for you. I tried contacting the complex management to request a room change but was completely ignored and had to basically tough it out.

The shower was large enough for 2 people and I liked the rain shower head. There’s a Nespresso machine for coffee but we couldn’t find pods for it at Walmart. A manual for the oven would be handy. The upper cabinets in the kitchen are too high for me to reach anything (I am 5’2”).

The property is ok. It’s very spacious & clean once you arrive. There’s no one to follow with you if you need clean towels or even toilet paper or anyone to pick up your trash. We paid about $500 a night for just sleeping in a comfortable bed. They’re was only one TV thru out the whole condo for a 3 bedroom space. The sofa to relax was only a love seat where the space was for 6 people. Lights out at the pool are at 10 & they knock on your door at exactly 11am at check out. You’re close to the down town part of Cabo but there’s homes for local resinando on your way you deal with a lot of stray dogs. Taxi drivers would not really recognize this location and would charge $10 each way. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was a great apartment to stay in with wonderful amenities. Security was great and the neighborhood is safe. I didn’t realize it’s distance to the beaches but my daughter and I enjoyed the walk through the city to reach the beaches and Uber is super easy to fetch from The Cardinal. Highly recommend!

DO NOT STAY IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP. Although the property is good, they do not care about their guests’ resting. The building is no pets allowed, but the room next door had 2 dogs barking all night long. I went to the front desk and took the guard to the room’s door, and he apologized and reported the issue. But the dogs kept barking all night long. It was confirmed that the dogs were in there. The guard and I saw them. In the other hand, a neighbor has this wind bells that were sounding all night also making a beautiful noise but in an incorrect timing. The first night we didn’t have any sleep because of the barking of the dogs and this all night long bells sounding. I reported this in the morning again. Night two there were no more dogs. The room next door checked out. I don't know if they fixed the issue or left just because, but the bells were sounding all day long and I report them again but at night the bells were still sounding out loud every single minute so for the second night, again, I had no sleep. In the morning, I reported that again, but they said this time that it was a lie that there were dogs, even when their night guard saw them and acknowledged them with me... now I was a liar. The bells were still sounding but they argued that it was not their responsibility as it was next door (and maybe it is not their responsibility, but it is something that does not allow guests to sleep). So, I ask for a cancellation at least for the remaining night but they deny it
