Master bedroom offers full bed and in suite full bathroom, second room offer full bed, third room two twin beds and also a queen size sofa bed in hall. All the beds come with fresh linen and towels for all the guest. Come join us in paradise! Cold beverages and welcome package are awaiting for you in Cabo San Lucas. Located on Touristic corridor just 5 minutes driving to many attactions as Cabo Marina, restaurants, bars, Costco is only 3 minutes drive. 24hrs security and gated community. Perfect placement just outside of the hustle and bustle of the downtown marina. Just off the main bus line that picks up every 15 minutes. Owner took care of all our needs with very quick responses and text. A little construction finishes needed but nothing deal breakers. We used the grill and the washer without issues. Owner even had a welcome to Cabo package waiting on us! A beautiful place. Considering getting me one!

Not happy at all

The house was very dirty. Mice droppings, uncomfortable beds, hard to shower with very little water coming from the shower heads, very loud water pump going all day. Very nice neighborhood, unfortunately the house needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. My family and I tried finding somewhere else to stay but were not able to since it was New Years week and everything was booked, we had no choice but to stay there so we spent a good amount of hours cleaning what we could to be at least a little comfortable. That house had not been clean for weeks or maybe months.

Flor was a fantastic communicator and made sure we had everything we needed, this is a great inexpensive place that sleeps a big crew handily.
