"Beautiful location. Very helpful staff. Convenient to move around in the property with u can find a golf cart ride to almost any corner of the resort in couple of mins wait. Good food. Could have more to do for kids besides tiny game room."

"The property itself was absolutely amazing. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The spa was phenomenal, and my 80-minute massage was hands down one of the best I've ever had. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, the resort and its amenities are outstanding. My only warning is this: when you check in, you'll likely be asked to stop by a table near the front desk. Unless you genuinely want to hear a timeshare presentation, I strongly recommend politely declining. We were told it would only take 90 minutes. Instead, we spent nearly four hours being pressured and manipulated by multiple salespeople. It completely consumed the first day of our vacation and left us feeling like we were being held hostage. While we ultimately did not purchase a timeshare, the experience was exhausting, pushy, and incredibly frustrating. The spa credits, discounted vacation, and free sunset cruise they offer as incentives are simply not worth sacrificing hours of your vacation to endure high-pressure sales tactics. Aside from the timeshare presentation, everything else about our stay was wonderful. I would absolutely return to the resort,but I would skip the sales table without a second thought."

"We was stunned by our view from our villas. There will be a lot of shuttling so expect wait times even though they do a good job. We had a few issues that made the stay a bit uneasy but overall the stay was a great time. The round of golf at Quivera was the highlight of the trip and well worth it!"

"We have stayed at Montecristo multiple times and the entire property never disappoints. Our villas was spotlessly clean upon arrival and throughout our visit the housekeeping team would stop by daily to see if we needed any services. Being in walking distance to the Quivera Marketplace and Pueblo Bonito at Sunset Beach. All in all an amazing experience "

"Great option for our family. Spacious house with stellar views. Few minor maint. items. No A/C on arrival which was remedied. Entry courtyard fountain out of order. Overall very clean.
