"This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. "We just spent three nights at Hotel La Colina in Gijon, Spain. I have to say it’s been the highlight of our European trip. The location is secluded outside of town, but you can get into town in 10 minutes. We ate breakfast in the cafeteria every morning and the food and service were wonderful. The rooms were great, the views are fantastic, along with the hiking paths and best of all the staff were some of the friendliest people we’ve met on our trip. Highly recommended, and we will be back."
