"Really good hotel by the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, and a decent few facilities including sauna. Breakfast selection was great too though would run out of certain items if you didn’t get there early enough. Could also do with some less sugary options such a regular yogurt. "The worst experience and I had no support from hotels.com… VERY DISAPPOINTED. I arrived at the Pousada Vista Grega and the room i booked was with a horrible smell. No supervisor or manager at the facility. The front desk person told me they didn't had any other room available and the only was a suit with a pool. Then they overcharged me and didnt gave me another option. Then i contacted Hotels.com and they didn't help at all. I was very disappointed and since i was on vacation decided to pay just to have peace and not let that spoil my vacation that I've planned way back so i didnt had any issues. It didn't help and i had non, ZERO support from HOTELS.COM. "
