Localização excelente

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, de frente para a praia, com feiras ao lado e vários restaurantes na orla, o que facilita bastante o passeio. A comunicação com o proprietário foi excelente — o atendimento pelo WhatsApp, com o Jorge, foi sempre muito atencioso e prestativo.Contudo, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. No anúncio consta que o apartamento inclui toalhas, mas fomos avisados pelo Whatsapp que seria preciso pagar uma taxa extra para usá-las. Além disso, o apartamento não está tão novo como aparenta nas fotos do site; já apresenta sinais de desgaste. Na primeira noite, tivemos a visita de uma barata e percebemos que a cozinha poderia estar mais limpa. Acredito que, devido à alta rotatividade de hóspedes, alguns utensílios e detalhes acabam se desgastando mais rapidamente.No geral, a localização e o atendimento são os grandes destaques, mas o estado de conservação do apartamento precisa de atenção.

Minha experiência neste apartamento foi simplesmente perfeita! Desde o primeiro contato, os anfitriões demonstraram muita atenção e simpatia, sempre respondendo rapidamente e tirando todas as dúvidas de forma clara e gentil. O check-in foi super prático e organizado, o que já nos deixou muito tranquilos logo na chegada.O apartamento é maravilhoso, exatamente como nas fotos — na verdade, ainda mais bonito pessoalmente. Muito espaçoso, com três quartos amplos, arejados e muito bem decorados, acomodou nossa família com todo o conforto. Cada detalhe foi pensado com carinho: roupas de cama e toalhas limpas e cheirosas, cozinha equipada, ambientes muito bem iluminados e uma sensação deliciosa de estar em casa.A localização é um verdadeiro privilégio: de frente para a praia, com uma vista espetacular que tornou nossos dias ainda mais especiais. Poder acordar e ver o mar logo da varanda foi uma experiência incrível! Além disso, o prédio é seguro e tranquilo, perfeito para famílias ou para quem busca descanso sem abrir mão da praticidade.Recomendo este lugar de olhos fechados! Péssima experiência de check in

O check-in foi péssimo. No aplicativo Vrbo, constava às 13h. Um dia antes, pedi ao anfitrião, Sr. Jorge, para adiantar para 11h. Ele disse que não seria possível devido a um “simples” reparo na propriedade, mas garantiu que não levaria muito tempo. Às 13h, entramos na área comum do prédio mas não fomos autorizados a entrar no apt e nem a guardar o carro na garagem. Nesse momento em contato com o anfitrião, o reparo virou algo “complexo”, exigindo um profissional de outra cidade, sem previsão de término.O tempo passou e nada do check-in. Para minha surpresa, descobri que não havia reparo algum, mas sim outra família ainda hospedada, sem previsão de saída. Passei a tarde tentando resolver com o Sr. Jorge, que sempre adiava a resposta. No fim, às 20h, conseguimos entrar. Ele e a esposa me deram a palavra de que eu não pagaria pela roupa de cama e que a diária seria reembolsada.A princípio, a roupa de cama realmente não foi cobrada. Porém, ao entrar em contato na data de saída para combinar o reembolso da diária, que eles haviam me garantido, me negaram alegando que “correu tudo bem” e que eu “concordei” em entrar mais tarde. Como poderia concordar se nunca fui informada da real situação? Eu aceitei esperar um pouco por um reparo emergencial (que era mentira), não atrasar meu check-in por 8 horas porque outros hóspedes ainda estavam lá.Solicitei suporte ao Vrbo, mas foi igualmente insatisfatório. Me senti enganada e extremamente decepcionada.

Impossível não começar esta avaliação sem falar da maneira incrível como o Jorge e sua esposa cuidaram de todas as demandas que nós solicitamos. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos. Alguns pontos deixariam a estadia ainda melhor, como ferro de passar e suporte para shampoo no banheiro da suíte. Se houver oportunidade, certamente voltarei a me hospedar no imóvel.

O apartamento é muito bom, condiz com as fotos e está em um local com diversas opções de restaurantes, padaria e um ótimo calçadão para dar voltas a noite. Sr Jorge é um proprietário muito atencioso, tira todas as dúvidas e sempre auxilia inclusive dando dicas de passeios e locais para visitar. Cozinha é completa com todos os utensílios, tb tb funcionou bem depois que fiz a busca para canais digitais. A internet não funcionou desde o primeiro dia até o último que saímos, porém não seria um ponto negativo pela ótima estadia que tivemos. Vale muito a pena alugar o apartamento é super recomendo !
