O apartamento é excelente muito espaçoso, o único problema foram os banheiros, somente um estava funcionando perfeitamente que era o da área de serviço! Nisso ficou a desejar mas o apartamento é realmente grande e acomoda bem as pessoas! O administrador Luíz muito atencioso , informou que vão arrumar os banheiros ai ele ficará perfeito.

Imóvel super me atendeu.. Só irei reclamar para que o proprietário esteja ciente, os colchões merecia ser trocados.. aí seria tudo perfeito. Sei que não é culpa do proprietário mas tivemos o azar do elevado funcionar só no dia que chegamos e no dia que saímos... Os proprietários super atencioso e prestativo... Lembrando que os comentários foram pra melhorias.. mas estou muito satisfeito... E pretendo ir 2019 de novo...

Ótima localização, muito próximo da praia, supermercado e padaria bem perto. Fácil negociação com Getúlio, muito atencioso. Já em Cabo Frio tem um grande apoio do Fabiano no que precisar ele está sempre disponível. Recomendo.

Melhor opção para Cabo Frio

Desde o contato com os donos e com o responsável pelo lugar, foi tudo muito bem tranquilo. O lugar é enorme, bem equipado, com muitos banheiros e praticamente na praia. Recomendo muito pra quem está indo pra Cabo Frio.

A cobertura é bem espaçosa, arejada, mas infelizmente deparamos com colchões e cortinas bem mofados. Talvez os proprietários não tenham conhecimento desses detalhes. Sugiro que providencie a troca ou higienização desses itens. O administrador é bem atencioso.

ÓTIMO APT

Ótimo apt, eu e minha família estivemos hospedados em janeiro, negociamos com a dona Jussara e com seu filho. Tudo foi conforme o combinado. O apt fica na MELHOR localidade da praia do Forte, a poucos passos da feirinha e da praça das Aguas. O zelador do prédio foi muito atencioso e os vizinhos tbm. As instalações são iguais a fotos mesmo. Ficamos satisfeitos com o número de quartos e banheiros todos muito privativos. Esperamos voltar em breve.
