"Had to wait two hours in the lobby for our room to be cleaned. When we got to the room the bathroom especially the tub was dirty. Painting is chipping everywhere, floor has crack in titles and will cut you. The door to the patio was also broken. Wish they also listed the place does NOT have a/c. "

"Lovely laid back place to stay with the family. Near enough to walk to vilamoura, but far enough to take it easy. The staff were very helpful always."

"Loved our stay. Was the perfect spot, quite enough away from the old town but very accessible when you wanted to go in. There are steps down to the old town so not good if your bad on your feet. Sometimes we got a taxi back and it was only 3 euros, bargain. I would definitely recommend. "
