They were super helpful also I got sick they made me eggs for dinner with toast ,Who does that!!!! Stay there you would not be disappointed

My stay here was better than expected. I had a red-eye flight and arrived at the property at around 7:30 am. I requested an early check-in. While, they didn't have the room ready, they offered me complementary brunch for free. They then were able to get me checked in by 11:30 for a nap even though standard check-in wasn't until 3:00 pm. Hotel was generally quiet and was not a big hotel - 5-6 floors, and a few rooms per floor. The area was perfect - right in the middle of Baixo and Chiado, allowing access to sights and bars in both directions. Also right next to a famous church that was turned into a museum as well as a historic gothic elevator / lift providing great views of the city. Clean room and I was on the 5th floor, also with a great view of the city. Would definitely come back again.

Loved my stay here. Perfect location and the staff was so kind and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.
