"Was in town for NCAA Tournament. I was there five nights and only had my room cleaned once. They say they clean it every other day and since I had two separate reservations it didn’t get picked up from system. I had to go to lobby to get towels at midnight and told them I didn’t have my room cleaned yet. This was the third night. I would have thought that my room would be a top priority. So the next day they didn’t clean my room until 430pm which was after I complained at 4pm. Then they only give you three towels to last two days. The breakfast was a free for all and usually ran out of food. Then my bill they changed me three separate times but there was only two reservations. I guess when you book from secondary party like hotels.com they sometimes do that to make up the price you were supposed to be charged. I am sure I will get the AI response where they will say we understand. I won’t come back. There was free parking so that was a plus. The shutter service says 3 miles but it wouldn’t take people to Enterprise Center, which is closer to 4 miles. Know your clients. A lot of people were there for the NCAA Tournament. I will say Erica was a good front desk worker. The guy working the late shift was a moron."

"The room furnishings were simple but of good quality. My room didn't have a bureau, which might have been inconvenient had I been staying longer than two nights. The heating/AC unit was quieter than some I've experienced. There's no carpeting, which I'm sure makes cleaning easier, but lent a bit of a monastic feel to the room. The water pressure in the shower was good. "

"Nice location. Plenty of trendy cocktail bars and dining in CWE. Clean room. Housekeeping refreshed every day, but didn’t replenish coffee, glasses or paper products. Water bottle filling station with ice maker in hallway was great. Walls super thin—heard everything from rooms nearby. "

"Kevin at the front desk was kind, courteous and most friendly— super nice and accommodating young fellow. Also, Liz, who works her rear end off at the morning breakfast is amazing— worth a good tip every day. Super disappointed, however, in the breakfast—NO fault of Liz or her crew that works for breakfast. Have been going to this hotel at least once a year for many years now. They always have various college, possibly high school teams in the Hotel. This year, the teams seem to be less courteous and have to wonder how their rooms look when they left. They would come to the breakfast and devour simply everything. As an example this morning, I was there before 8 AM and basically all that was left with scrambled eggs and some sausage links. No fruit, no milk for cereal no oatmeal no bagels or pastries and even all the juices were empty. Several people in my party did not have breakfast included with the room and I paid an extra $20 a day to get nothing to eat. Several people that came after 8 AM were very upset and I feel Hilton will lose customers over having these teams in House. Wondering if these teams are more stable than the average paying customer. Also in the room itself I feel the bathroom desperately needs some updating. Old-fashioned very low toilets and the caulking in my shower around the toilet was not only unsightly, but I wondered how clean. Also, the bed in the room I was in with dreadful. very disappointed in our trip there this time. "
