"Even though there was a secret switch, you have to push to make the AC work. We called and called the front desk, but nobody actually came to fix it until about 7 PM so they let us suffer for five hours with no AC.

"The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner.
