"Staff were very friendly and welcoming, including Dagmar the bar maid. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment hence the 3star for facilities, however the place is spotless. We were given room 407 and it was spacious and perfect. Breakfast was very good with a vast range of choices all freshly cooked. Breakfast staff were also very good, keeping everything clean and replenished. Thank you gasworks we look forward to coming back to see the updated refurbishments. "

It was noisy with lots of building works going on around and very noisy bars adjacent to it. Not a pleasant stay in a very cramped and hot room. The location to the Europa bus station and links to the City airport the only positive aspect to my stay."
