"We had the best stay! Came to Perry for a horse show at the fairgrounds. Easy commute 5 mins. Lots of good places to eat all around. And the hotel itself was so cute and modern looking. Smelled amazing as soon as you walked in the door. Staff all throughout the hotel during the day picking up, and keeping it super nice. We had to be at the arena early so we didn't get to try the breakfast but it smelled amazing. The pool was nice as welll. 3 to 5 which was perfect to relax by after a long day at the barn. 100% will stay again. "

"This property was wonderful. The staff is superb. We did have some issues with the air conditioner not working in our room properly. We hung in there until 10pm and just could not deal, it was an air conditioner that felt freezing and would not turn off. The desk person who checked us in earlier was at the desk, Rocanne. She was wonderful, she said, absolutely, let's move you down the hallway check that out first. We did, it was perfect. She also said she's put a tag for the maintenance people to look at it in the morning. The rooms were clean, comfortable, great shower pressure, for a nice hot or cool shower. The breakfast and set up in the morning in the main lobby was amazing. Hot omelets both vegetarian and cheese omelets, sausage both turkey sausage and pork sausages, hot biscuits and gravy, potatoes. Fresh fruit with apples individually washed and wrapped fresh bananas . Hot cinnamon roles, waffle maker, yogart, juice and the best coffee. Shine and Alexis we're responsible for the dining/food setup, kitchen and and keeping the place cleaned up and food refreshed. I am a high travel person previously for work and now retired. And I have never seen 2 ladies work so hard and with a smile, cheerfully greeting everyone. They made sure every table was wiped the minute somebody got up and sanitized. They were continually washing and mopping the floor in the service area. You do have to drive to get to a restaurant. "

"Gabby at the front desk was super nice and accommodating (husband has bad hip) and we needed a first floor room. Also Nelly at breakfast was very nice and helpful. We'll be back. "

"I was really impressed by how clean this motel was. Beds had protective covers on them and were very comfortable. Close to gas and food and well lit.Only complaint which we didn't even relay, was the new smart tv didn't work. Good job guys."
