We had a wonderful stay at the Beach House in Noosa. Great location as is walkable to so many restaurants, shops and the beach. Check in and out was very simple. Excellent communication leading up to our visit.

We were given access to the property early, which was fantastic as our flights had changed and we arrived earlier than anticipated. The house is well positioned, well stocked and clean.
Enjoyed the stay - great view from upstairs across Belongil, property clean and very much as advertised with plenty of space for family and close to town. Pool a little fresh and could do with some heat, but overall great property.
The property was exceptionally clean, well stocked and perfectly maintained.
The view from the 2 upstairs bedrooms is spectacular, we slept with the blinds open to wake to the beautiful view. It is in a great location for both the town and beach.
Beautiful, spacious property in a quiet, but very convenient location. About 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants in town. 3 minute walk to Belongil Beach to the west. Great views of the sea from upstairs. Don't be put off by the railway line at the back of the property; it's just a small rail motor that goes past a few times during the day and you can hardly hear it. One tip would be to take a bike for quickly getting around as driving and parking in Byron Bay isn't too much fun. In general, a great place to stay with the family.
Modern beach house with amazing views and very convenient location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiah. A very modern and spacious home with amazing views from the bedrooms and a lovely quiet courtyard for relaxing in after a day out. The bathrooms were huge! It was an easy walk to Belongil Beach and also into town, so very well positioned. Lovely big tables for dining in both the living area and outside in the courtyard. Enjoyed having a BBQ one evening. It does get light very early in the morning due to white blinds in the upstairs bedrooms, but we just went straight back to sleep so it was not a problem for us. It is very peaceful with the sound of the sea and also lots of birds in the surrounding area.
Great location and great house. Modern feel, spacious rooms with great views of the ocean.
Close walk to the town center meaning you avoid the traffic.
The kids loved the swimming pool which was heated.
We enjoyed the outdoor entertaining deck for ness as is and BBQ.
Only areas for improvement would be the bedrooms need blockout blinds, as it was very bright in the mornings. Even though the beds were made on arrival, the sheets didn’t appeared to be changed with dirt/sand felt in the master and hair strands in the bed sheets in the room with two singles.
Apart from that we would highly recommend staying at Kiah apartments.

Great location and high quality property
Enjoyed the stay . Aircon unit is too small for the property and kept breaking down . Also the dishwasher is far too small. The cleaners were camped out the door waiting for us to leave before the 10 am departure and rudely complained and knocked on the door that we hadn’t left at 2 minutes passed the hour. There are also old chipped crockery and pots and pans which should have been thrown out ages ago . Just sort these things out and the 8k plus tarrif wouldn’t be crazy for that tine of year - as it’s a good quality property in a very convenient part of town

We loved the location. Our family of four were very comfortable. Bedding was high quality. Very clean and tidy. Ease of access once we found the property was good. Gardens well maintained, outdoor area with BBQ very much appreciated. Well supplied with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Kiah 11.

Well presented property close to town
We spent three nights at the property with our two young children. The property is very well presented in a safe gated townhouse complex. The property has everything you need to stay in and cook or town is only a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend the property for a relaxing holiday.
