Waitui 1- 3 Somerset Street

Waitui is bathed in sunshine all day long. It has a private tropical landscaped garden, which offers a secure area for children to play or a relaxing place to unwind at the end of nice day at the beach or a busy day exploring town.

Guest will enjoy the open planned living areas on the ground floor, with large kitchen and spacious living room including large smart TV. Upstairs are two bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms all which have access to small wooden decks where guests can enjoy the sunshine at different times of the day; a great place to retreat to read a book or listen to some music.

You won't need your car while staying at this property as everything is at your doorstep including restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarkets.

Byron Bay Town Centre
Experience the unique atmosphere of Byron’s town centre. Close to everything Byron has to offer including a variety of restaurants, cafes and boutiques right on your doorstep. The pristine beaches of Byron Bay are only a short leisurely stroll from your holiday accommodation. This property is right in town and only 300m to Main Beach.

I assumed, we would have toiletries provided eg loo rolls, soap but there wasn't. Location was great but next door there were a group of people that partied all night for 2 nights so none of us got sleep. We did complain to them but unfortunately fell on deaf ears. Overall rating 2 due to the our next door neighbours. Talking to other families who live there this is common so be warned.

We had a great stay at Waitui, the location is perfect right across the road from the farmers markets and a short walk to Woolworths, cafes, bars, beach. Very convenient, nice outdoor courtyard for BBQ's. Thanks for a great holiday.

Great Location

Loved the outside shower, and only a short walk to everything. It was great waking up to the markets opposite so much fresh produce. The balconies off the bedrooms on the first floor gave everyone their own outdoor space, and the garden with the huge table allowed us to feast and entertain.Plenty of sunshine in the property all day which we really enjoyed.
