Calinda Sol 7 - 9 Massinger Street

If you want to be close to the beach and all the shops, restaurants and cafes that Byron has to offer, then this is the property for you!

Calinda Sol 7 is situated just a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful calm waters of Clarkes Beach and an easy 15minute walk into the centre of town.

This recently renovated townhouse with modern furnishings is set in a landscaped complex with swimming pool and half tennis court. Downstairs guests will enjoy a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, open plan lounge and dining area and a large flat screen TV. Upstairs two of the three bedrooms open up onto a sunny veranda and all three boast built in-wardrobes.

The main bathroom has been recently renovated, it is spacious and light and has a shower, wooden vanity, large mirror and separate toilet. There is also a powder room located on the ground floor. All three bedrooms are located upstairs.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk in robes, TV and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed with small TV and air conditioning. The third bedroom has a double bunk bed. The main bathroom is located upstairs and has a shower and separate toilet. A double garage is also available.

This property is perfect for families or small groups.

Please note a security bond is required. We have a strict no party policy. This property is fully self-contained and is not serviced. You will need to bring your own amenities, beach towels and food. For cot hire, high chairs or extra linen please contact Byron Bay Holiday Hire.

Fantastic Getaway!

We had an amazing time at Calinda Sol 7. The complex itself is tidy and quiet and includes a pool and tennis court which is great! It's just a few minutes walk to the beach and close enough to walk to town too. The Ray White staff were excellent too. We had a problem with an air conditioner and they were so prompt and helpful and had it fixed straight away. Thanks guys! Looking forward to our next trip.

Outstanding accommodation

Outstanding accommodation, perfect for a family. Great feel and vibe, close to the beach. Great outdoor areas and BBQ. Pool is also great. Would love to come again!
