The owners of the property are aware the carpets are due for replacement as they are fraying in high traffic areas, but definitely are clean. The pantry cupboard is stocked with essential supplies including olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, sugar. We supply 2 x extra toilet rolls per toilet. Suppling beach towels is something we have considered but extra cost does blow the budget considerably. The new AC system was installed last summer in all bedrooms. This is very effective in cooling the property. The cool air then falls into the ground floor living area. Our aim is to provide a family friendly, mid scale property.
