We booked for a 4 night stay here and for 2 out of the 4 nights - as well as the morning of leaving we did not have any hot water. It was extremely frustrating coming home after the beach, being cold, sandy and uncomfortable each day and not having any hot water!!! On the second night, the owner asked me to boil a kettle to have a shower!! It ruined our dinner plans on 2 occasions and the owner offered no compensation for the inconvenience.

Fantastic location, close to everything. Weather was terrible so it felt small for us but it would not feel like that had we been able to go outdoors.

Family friendly and well positioned.
Great position, walking distance to everything. Lovely deck (Apartment 2), well equipped kitchen and outdoor facilities. Very attentive and helpful hosts. A perfect family holiday.

Great location & close proximity to the heart of Byron & main beach. The property is a great size with a large balcony. Clean and great for families or friends getaway! Would definitely recommend this property.

The accommodation was clean and in a great location. As it’s self contained we thought it should have Foxtel with sports and / or Netflix as you don’t always want to , or with everywhere needing bookings for Covid , be able to go out each night.

Loved everything about this property...location, size, cleanliness, staff. Our unit was on the ground level and had a large patio. It was well stocked too, with plenty of glasses, dishes, cutlery, etc...

Very comfortable and well-appointed. But the outdoor area of the apartment we were in was very small, not private, and burning hot, with no umbrella. This made it impossible to sit outside during the day. Also, as we remembered it, there was mostly a large grass area between the apartments and the beach. Now there is a large parking lot, which reduces the appeal.

Great location, easy access to the beach and the centre of town. Property was comfy and had all amenities needed. Friendly staff always willing to help out as well. Special mention to Adrian.

A great location.
Our apartment was in a fantastic location with the beach nearby and the shops just a short walk. Mark, the manager was very friendly and obliging. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with a great air conditioner.

Great location close to the beach
We loved the place because it was close to everything . The beach was just a minutes walk from your door step . Also close to great walking tracks. The apartment had everything you needed and beds were comfy. We would go back.

Nice apartments close to beach and restaurants.
Very comfortable for a family of 4, our kids were sick and the place was comfortable to just hang out in the apartment. Sfaff were very helpful.

Would stay here again great spot and nice room. Close to protected surf beach. Nice park next to the hotel great place for kids to play. Public car park close for friends to come and visit.

Would definitely recommend!
The apartment was a stone's throw from the beach and a nice open park and the rooms were very large and well furnished. The managers were extremely helpful and friendly as they helped us with extra car parking. Would definitely stay here again.
