It was a wonderful location…did not use the pool as the water wasn’t warm enough..But did walk across the street to the beach! Also walking distance to towns shops and many restaurants! Great location, comfortable place. Would suggest to have a roll of paper towels
Park the car & never touch it till you're heading home. Neat, clean and comfortable place.
We had a burst pipe in a vanity which was repaired quickly despite being on an Easter weekend.
Can't get any better than to be directly across from the beach. One of the traditional Byron properties so it is a bit rustic but the layout of the property is suitable for a mid-sized group. You don't have to worry about being in some sort of show-case home and so you can just relax.
The house was in a great spot, walking distance to most places and close to the beach. The communication with the property manager was also great. The accommodation itself was otherwise fairly basic - nothing flashy.

Great location but could do with some maintenance
Overall was a good stay in a good location but a few small things such as cracked paint, dirty garage etc would go a long way. Went as a schoolies trip and for anyone going as schoolies be aware of an increase in price and added terms and conditions

Not as good as it looks
Ideal location and enjoyed our stay although in need of some overdue maintenance and kitchen is poorly equipped. Wouldn't like to stay there in summer holidays as sheer blinds that don't all work allowing direct sun/ heat in making apartment hot and pool needs a revamp.

Needs some TLC
My family and I stayed here over the easter break. The location is fantastic with close proximity to the beach and main street, but the house itself is in desperate need of some TLC and some air conditioning, especially for the price that was charged. The house was very hot and while there were some pedestal fans provided there was no air conditioning which reduced our comfort levels. The photos of the exterior of the home show it in a much cleaner and presentable appearance, it needs some work to restore it to what it was. Furniture in the pool area was too dilapidated to actually be used and the spa shown does not seem to work. None of the lights in the master bedroom were working, the safety rail on the top bunk needs repair and several doors were very stiff and prone to getting the keys jammed in them. It was a great location but the property itself was not great value for money, needs some rejuvenation.

Great place
I really enjoyed staying at this holiday home, it was exactly what I expected so close to everything, plenty of room. I would defiantly recommend to others and would stay myself again. The only thing to fault was the place itself was hot, although there was pedistool fans it was still hot. Some aircon or sealing fans would make this place 100%
