- House with privileged location, condominium with great leisure structure, but the property is independent with 2 parking spaces. Convenience of leaving your car in the garage and being able to do everything on foot.
Composition: 3 bedrooms and 2 suites, living room, kitchen with cabinets and all utensils, mezzanine with 2 single beds (works as another 1 bedroom), social bathroom at the bottom (total of 3 bathrooms, all in granite and luxury) , gourmet space with barbecue w / pizza oven and wood stove, shower and balcony. WIFI + SKY TV RELEASED!
All rooms have fans.
NOTE: The barbecue is from the house (exclusive to guests).
