O apartamento é muito bom e bem arejado conforme o informado mas porem na minha opinião precisa de um ar condicionado, pois pra dormi e mais quente ate porque nem todas as pessoas gostam de dormir com a janela aberta. No mais atendeu todas a nossas expectativas a piscina da área comum muito boa grande o zelador bem solicito, o dono do imóvel também super educado e atencioso. E quanto a localização é bem no centro próximo a tudo, mas a praia a pé é um pouco distante. Mas gostamos bastante da estadia.

A localização realmente é muito boa, o Sr. Vicente é muito atencioso, a cozinha o fogão funcionava somente duas bocas e um quarto havia uma cama quebrada e em ambos os ventiladores não foram suficientes para garantir uma noite confortável de sono.

Eu, minha família e amigos adoramos a estadia no apartamento, ótima localização o condomínio bem estruturado, com duas piscina , sauna, churrasqueira e alem de tudo que o apartamento tambem tem área gourmet tudo descrito como no anúncio. O proprietário Flávio nos atendeu muito bem, nas dúvidas que tínhamos a respeito. O zelador do condomínio seu Vicente super atencioso, nos deu total suporte lá no apartamento, ele é uma pessoa muito prestativa. Tudo descrito como no anúncio, estão de parabéns, o apartamento super acochegante adoramos ficar hospedados lá durante os 7 dias. Quando podermos vamos voltar com certeza.

NÃO CUMPRIU COM O QUE OFERECEU

Tanto as áreas comuns como no imóvel estavam infestadas de baratas.... o ralo da área de lazer estava entupido e era de conhecimento do proprietário que não informou nem realizou o reparo. ao utilizar a sauna fui informado que o equipamento estava estragado desde do carnaval e novamente o proprietário em momento algum citou tal situação....... NÃO RECOMENDO O IMÓVEL PARA OUTRO HÓSPEDE.

Imovel proximo a praia e ao centro de cabo frio, bem espaçoso porem tem alguns detalhes que pode melhorar, cozinha e lavanderia apresentaram vazamento, mas o restante do imovel é bom!! Gostamos da estadia.
