"The place was nice. The pool was closed. That was too bad. The view from the balcony was incredible. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was pretty good. The beds were comfortable.
There is a pizza place, liquor store and bar a 1/4 mile up the road.

"Privacy, comfortable, and quiet are some descriptions of the property. Hot tub was operational and ready but unfortunately we did not get to use it. Washed some bedding and everything worked well. Rooms were clean. Fire pit was stocked with wood. Coffee pot, Keurig, dishwasher, additional refrigerator and freezer on site. "

"The house and property are beautiful! Great views of sunrises if you can get up early enough. The house was actually larger than anticipated and was extremely well supplied. Would highly recommend! The only negative we found was that none of the windows had screens on them - we would’ve loved to open windows but didn’t want to contend with the mosquitoes. "

"The lodge is very remote and required a drive of at least 16 miles on a dirt road. There was not cell service at the lodge and the exterior was in need of significant cleanup. We did not go into the lodge or see the rooms which could have been adequate inside. As two women traveling alone it was not a good fit. "

"We had so much fun we didn’t want to leave! The cabin was just what we wanted- waterfront, with a sauna, near a marina, and on the mainland. Very solid internet as well. And the added convenience of being able to rent a fish/ski boat at a great rate! They really took care of our needs. Alyssa and Mike, you two are a pleasure to work with and we hope to be back! Thanks also for the use of the stand up paddle boards and kayak! "

"This house is beautiful and clean. The multi-level home well accommodated our family of 11. The location was perfect for access to Lake Vermillion. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. The beach area was great and the kids enjoyed the lily pad and swing set. We used the kayaks, canoe, hot tub and sauna. Moccasin Point was a close boat ramp to launch our boat and the dock at the property made our fishing days easy. By the way, we did have fishing success! The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. We couldn’t have found a better place for our family vacation. Also, if you need to rent a boat or pontoon, we can recommend Lake Vermillion Houseboats. Wonderful people to work with. Pizza at The Vermillion Club was great too! We will be back!"
