"My stay began with a broken lock on the door. It was 50 degrees outside and all the windows were open and no heat on. The bedroom was decently clean, but when I opened the bathroom door, I was hit with the mold/mildew smell that took my breath away. I spread towels on the floor to walk barefoot. I turned the water on for a shower and the water came out rusty. I considered sleeping in my vehicle, but chose the bed. The sheets were clean. Very disappointed."

"This property was everything we hoped it would be for our daughter's graduation weekend from Lycoming College. Clean, quiet, peaceful, all the amenities you would ever need. We have two small dogs and the fenced side yard was perfect. My wife and I both enjoyed our morning coffee on the lovely porch. We would highly recommend this property and we will be back."
