"I love this hotel! How can you go wrong when you’re overlooking the ocean? My room was in the newly renovated side and it was beautiful! Breakfast is very simple; make your own waffles, some cereal and breads, etc. The indoor pool / hot tub - you can’t miss it! Even if it’s a thousand degrees outside and the ocean is screaming your name, give the hot tub a try. "

"We stayed for just one night in October 2025, and had chosen this motel for the outdoor space (seating area with firepit next to a pond). Turns out it was raining, so we didn't spend time outdoors, but the area is just as pictured, and the unit we stayed in even has a small attached deck with chairs. The motel is older, but rooms have been totally updated and are very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were quick and easy. We highly recommend this motel-a great place and a great price!"

"Rooms were recently renovated and very comfortable. We had requested adjoining rooms for my family of five. When we checked in we were told the rooms were adjoining, they were not and we were unable to move to another accommodation that would allow us all to stay together. That was a definite disappointment that we had to split up our family. "

"Stayed the night here before going to Martha's vineyard and it was very convenient to get to the ferry. Also had a nice hotel bar with good late night food. Would stay again! "
