The staff everywhere in the hotel could not have been kinder or more helpful in assiting with our baby. "The location of the hotel was excellent as was the room and cleanliness. It’s a stunning hotel with great decor. My only small complaint was the bar. Packed until late on Friday and Saturday night so unable to use it, when we were able to get a drink on the Sunday the staff were almost rude, it wasn’t somewhere you could unwind at the end of the day. "

The hotel is easily accessible using the express train from the airport to Stockholm's Central Transport hub; just a few easily walked blocks away from the platform. This was very convenient for navigating the city. "
