"my friend and I book 2 seperate room and Hotel.com contact person confirmed with me availability of 2 but when we arrived, only one room left. Althrough nearly 20 phone call to the hotline, no reply by now. It's the worst expierience I need an explanation."

"Our stay at Te Dalu was exceptional. We loved that the hotel was located a little outside of Ella proper, which allowed for connection with the beautiful environment and scenery while still being convenient to the amenities of the main town. Our room faced the hillside and had a wonderful view of the temple on the hill, and in the morning with opening the balcony doors allowed us to listen to chants and the sounds of birds and monkeys while waking up. "He staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and bright with a beautiful view. While there wasn’t a restaurant on site, we could order from a menu and food was delivered. We had a nice amenity kits."

"Fantastic quiet spot to enjoy Koslanda area. Highly recommended if you're looking to unwind and enjoy the grounds. Staff, service, food, room, pool all great, only downside is drive time to wider activities (Ella/Lipton's Seat) make for long day trips."

Location was good a bit outside of the busy Ella town. Quiet and peaceful. Only negative thing was that the walls to our room were very thin so we had to use earplugs to sleep, but it was ok for us :)"
