Fabulous Stay
Just had a fabulous 5 days in Bussleton. Great size house for 5 adult friends to enjoy (with our jet ski’s in tow). Great location to enjoy the local beach, town and short drive to fabulous wineries. Left feeling very refreshed 😀

Started the day with a cup of tea under the pepper trees, finished with a swim at the beach, a G&T in the courtyard followed by an alfresco BBQ & Antipasta with a soft breeze through the house. Did I mention the afternoon nap on the day bed upstairs in the aircon?. Just lovely!

The property was nice and spacious for adult siblings and partners. Just about everything you could need in homeware provided (except coathangers for the upstairs rooms needed). Easy walk to beach and town.

The property is OK. Clean place, walkable to the beach and close to town. The appliances were ok Washer but no drying machine. No WIFI or cable. Overall, it is a nice place to stay but with some limitations. The owner had a great communication with us.

Lovely, spacious space close to town
We had a lovely time at Chris' property. Getting in was easy, we received clear instructions prior to arriving. The house is lovely, very comfortable beds and had so much space to spread out. The house is an easy 20 minute walk to the Jetty and town centre. Highly recommend!

As per all 5 * reviews posted, our previous guests are more than pleased with the presentation of the house and service provided. The house and property is thoroughly cleaned at the departure of every guest in preparation for the coming guests. Although in this case, which is a very harsh and misleading review, we always endeavor to provide excellent service to all our guests and provide an exceptionally clean and well presented home. This guest obviously didn't check the house particulars via the website on booking.

Location, location,location
This property is very close to restaurants and beach. We literally did not use the car at all during our stay. The property itself is very spacious and has everything that one would expect. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for having us.

Property was ok few things that let it down , over grown bushes which had bees , lots of Cobwebbs and spiders every where, uncleaned cups ,pots ,pans etc, couldn't use kettle as there was white stuff all inside , no dryer , no vacuum, Stains on bedding, no draws to put clothes in only hanging space , Location was good

We refute the comments regarding the bed linen, it was all laundered and freshly made up for you, as it always is for our guests, without exception. All our crockery was checked and clean prior to your visit. We left a complimentary bottle of champagne for your arrival. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and presentation of our property which includes a substantial cottage garden. All aspects of our property have been complimented favourably by our previous guests.
