Fabulous house for holiday stay in a perfect location. Walk to beach, shops, dining and pub. Short drive to all the other attractions. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home and great location. Very clean with everything you need. Great if have kids or teens as separate downstairs area for them to hang out. Walkable to Caves house and to Yallingup lagoon. Very responsive host and process easy and well organized. Would highly recommend loved our stay..

A lovely treat!
We had a lovely stay at Cliff House. It is a beautiful house with plenty of space for a big group. We loved the decking area for relaxing outside. Karen, our host, was very helpful and we appreciated the thoughtful way the house was presented.

Photos don't do the house justice, absolutely amazing house and couldn't fault the communication with the host. Plenty of games and entertainment for the whole family. Location was perfect, well stocked with glassware, plates, cheeseboards ETC. Entertainers Delight! Thank You, The Power Family

Fantastic House & Wonderful Owners
From the moment we walked through the door of this house we fell in love with it. It looked & smelt so fresh & clean. We were greeted with native floral arrangements & chocolate in the fridge. There are beautiful forest views from every room in the house & when you walk out onto the huge balcony you are able to see the Indian Ocean. This house was so well equipped you wanted for nothing. Attention to detail was impeccable. As for the owners they were so accommodating & understanding during these uncertain times. They were always prompt with their replies & actions to our questions &/or issues. Kind regards 4 happy customers. 10/10

Perfect 50th girls getaway
We had a girls getaway for a 50th birthday. There were 6 of us and the home fit us all perfectly. It was so well catered for that it had more appliances, games and gorgeous crockery than our own homes! It was a real treat. And the decor was chic yet casual thus perfect for inducing relaxation. The linen was crisp and the Corrynes products scattered around the home made all the difference. Thankyou for sharing your space Karen.

Perfect Stay
It's our second stay at Cliff Beach House with our friends and family. The house is beautiful, very well presented and contains everything you could ask for. The house is spacious and very soundproof which makes it a comfortable stay with a large group of people . Great location with small walk to beach, Caves House Pub and bakery/convenience store! Thanks for such a lovely stay, we will be back!

Wow wow wow
We wanted somewhere special for our visit for our daughter’s wedding. This house is just amazing. So spacious with 2 seperate lounges. Bright and classy with everything you can possibly think of in the kitchen. Views to die for and so serene. Amazing.

Such a lovely property, everything is thought of, close to shops and the beach.

A true five star property with attention to detail and high end furnishings. Stylish but comfortable and outstanding service from the owner. We were a group of eight mature females on a short getaway and we all agreed that this was one of the best properties we have stayed in. A great find.

A Must stay in Yallingup
What an amazing place to stay! From the moment that we walked in, Cliff Beach House had the WOW factor. Privacy, views, cleanliness and the little extras in the house were fantastic. Our party of 8 adults had more than enough room to have formal dinners to lazy breakfasts on the balcony, the bonus seeing whales ! I would highly recommend this house to family and friends.

Beyond Expectation
The property and all the included amenities exceeded our expectations. It is not always the case that a property has enough comfortable seating and dining for 8 adults. So it was great to find that, in the upstairs and downstairs living areas and also the two outdoor areas. The very large kitchen was fitted out with top class appliances and all necessary amenities have been thought of by the owner. The bathrooms were luxurious in size and the layout of the property is ideal for a large family or multiple families or couples. Location wise, the property is very well positioned for exploring the southwest. Whilst it was a mere short walk to the beautiful Caves House and Resort, it was in a private estate which was very peaceful with abundant flora and fauna. Both the parrots and Australia's native morning wake-up alarm, the Kookaburra, were welcome visitors each morning. We highly recommend Cliff Beach House, and look forward to returning. Fantastic property
We could not have enjoyed our stay any more in Cliff Beach House. It was amazingly stocked and set up. The location and condition of the house were fantastic and the owner Karen was incredibly helpful before and during our stay.

Great house for a family holiday. Everything provided. Very clean & new. Comfortable & relaxing & plenty of room for entertaining. Quality kitchen equipment. Beautiful quiet cul de sac with bush setting & waterview. Close to everything. 10 min walk to beach. Would love to do it again.
