About this property

Blu Bay View—Stroll Down to the Bay at Golden Hour

  • Summary:

A refined coastal escape just steps from the shoreline, with sweeping Geographe Bay views and Busselton’s vibrant dining scene, picturesque foreshore and iconic jetty a short drive away. Soak up the coastal lifestyle with BBQ dinners and sunset drinks overlooking the beach from the generous balcony and front patio, or settle into the inviting living area after a day by the water. Three bathrooms, central cooling and heating, an internal lift and on-site parking make every stay comfortable.

    The Space:

Make yourself comfortable in the living area, where glittering water views invite you to linger over conversation, warm up beside the fireplace or enjoy a movie together. The spacious kitchen makes cooking a seamless experience, with a generous island, extensive appliances, and an adjoining pantry with an espresso machine. Nearby, the dining area invites everyone to linger over shared meals and good conversation.

Sweeping views across Geographe Bay set the scene on the covered balcony, creating an unforgettable backdrop for time outdoors. Gather around the alfresco table, fire up the gas BBQ or settle into the lounge as the sky changes colour over the water. At the front of the home, a separate sheltered patio with sun loungers and comfortable seating offers another inviting spot to enjoy the fresh coastal air and uninterrupted beach views.

Three inviting bedrooms offer a peaceful place to recharge after days by the coast, with king beds in two bedrooms and two king single beds in the third. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, with walk-in showers, dual vanities and a bathtub for a leisurely soak. After a swim, the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off the sand before heading back inside.

A private laundry with a washer and dryer makes longer stays effortless, while central air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort. On-site parking for two cars is available in the residential garage and driveway.

Please note that the lift is for accessibility purposes only. Children must not be left unattended in the lift at any time.
