"This hotel is in a good location but I didn't like how the facilities are designed so didn't use them. The restaurant is in a corridor and the pool was mainly in the shade. The bathroom flooded every time the shower was used due to poor design. The cold shower problem was never resolved."

"We had a newly decorated room which was lovely with a balcony. We missed having a fridge to keep drink cool. Location was excellent as we visit the Market and Bullring museum juct 10 walk away. Staff were all very friendly and a lovely 2 night in Alicante."
