The flat was spacious, clean, ans well furnished. My issue is the communication. The lights in the kitchen did not work the entire week. I reached out to the management company via email, portal, and Expedia multiple times, all without response. We were not able to fix a meal after sundown and my wife nearly fell on the stairs due to the lack of light.
It should have been an easy solve and I hope they fixed it for the next person.

Our daughter had her wedding at Chelsea town hall and she stayed (as did we). The rooms were beautiful, the staff fantastic and the location perfect. They made everything very easy. Tbh it was faultless.

The hotel is very interesting with it's prison history, though that is also slightly a hinderance. We were in the Houses of Correction and it didn't really feel part of the hotel, you had to leave the main hotel travel across the courtyard to another building that actually felt a little bit like ...
