Very convenient location closed to plenty of dining, bars, and shopping options. The room itself was very spacious though the daily cleaning seemed a bit excessive. The staff were incredibly helpful too.

Nice clean hotel, good location, not far away from subway station. Staff is nice but needs to know better English. Shower heads are not so convenient

Close to subway and many great places to eat
Close to subway and many places to eat. Side streets look a little run down and lots of rubbish over the weekend but fabulous street food, great Korean BBQ especially the unusual Baa Lamb and A good Japanese. Not much of a view but quiet and comfy with free water, kettle and good Wi-Fi. Reception helped us to use the free self- service washing machine and dryer which was a welcome bonus.

Lovely hotel in a great location but two issues
This is a really nice hotel in a very central neighborhood. It's a short walk to the Seomyeon Station so you can easily connect to other stations. It's also very close to Lotte Department store which a big landmark area. Our room was huge and very clean. The room was as pictured except for the overhead lights. The lighting was yellower and softer. Staff was very responsive via hotels.com chat and by phone. Getting to the hotel We took the train from the airport to the hotel. It took two trains but it was very straightforward. Lots of restaurants in the area and street food stalls at night. Also, free self-serve laundry in hotel while I was there. And several 24/7 laundromats close-by. Two weird issues 1. They only give one large towel and a few hand towels in the room. We asked the front desk for more towels twice and they gave them to us without any issues. 2. I needed to check-in early due to an unplanned meeting that was put on my calendar and they gave me a really hard time about it. I was sending them messages via Hotels.com and they kept saying they didn't offer any early check-in, even when I offered to pay to check in early. But then when I called, the person on the phone said early check-in was possible for a fee. And when I arrived at 10am the person at the desk didn't blink at all and just charged me the extra fee. It was just weird that they wasted my time for two days telling me no early check-in was possible but then it clearly wasn't an issue.

Good basic hotel.
This hotel has all the basic amenities you need for a good night's sleep. It was located in a quiet area but still close enough to the busy Seomyeon area with the shopping malls and underground malls. It was also next to Lotte Department store. There were also many pop up tent stalls selling hot food which was very convenient.

Cleanliness, counter staff is proficient in Korean, English and Japanese. Able to check in straight away in the morning perhaps there are empty rooms. Body towels able to request at the counter which is good Hotel wifi is a bit slow so do take note of it

Overall is good. The surprise is hair straightener
what really surprises me was the mini hair straightener! And the hair dryer was a big one, it really helps who has a long hair! The hotel location, the bed, the bathroom, the services were good. I will stay here again when I come to Busan next time.

Nice and clean room
Large and clean room with great facilities such computer in the room, hair straightener n toilet seat warmer. One bad point is there is no shower curtain so the toilet floor will be wet.

Large room, nice location.
Very large room with a ton of added toiletries to try out. The front desk staff was helpful with directions and calling taxis to get around with all of my luggage. The location is very close to the subway station which is nice. If you don’t have a ton of time and you plan on doing a city tour hop on/off bus, I’d stay closer to Busan Station just because that’s where they leave from, but if you are just using public transport this location is nice.

From the moment we checked in, the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She provided knowledgeable itinerary plans and places to eat based on our length of stay. It was raining steadily when we arrived so she let us use her umbrellas and loaned me a light rain jacket. She also walked us to a local handmade noodle house for lunch and a traditional menu restaurant (15 minute walk) for dinner... In the rain. She also walked us to the bus stop to show us which bus we needed to take for bulguksan and how to navigate the bus system. We've stay at the Ritz Carlton and other high end hotels and condos and no one has ever done even one of these things for us! The location is absolutely ideal and our family is loving the traditional hanok style bedroom we're staying in. Another thing-communication via email with this host was always prompt and clear. We are so happy with our choice to stay at dorandoran guest house!

The location is in the alley but pretty close and easy to find by google maps or Naver maps. The hotel amenities is superb, cleanliness is outstanding. I thoroughly enjoy my 3 nights stay and wish I could stay longer. In food precinct.

Really nice hotel in Seomyeon. There are many restaurants nearby which is really good. Also pretty close to subway station. Room is big and spacious. Very clean and have everything you need. Highly recommended :)

Clean hotel with good rates
The hotel was in a good location to go places, reasonably close to the subway station and there are plenty of buses nearby. It's in the area where you can always find food, drinks, convenient stores, and shopping 24/7. The hotel was in an alley with other hotels and we always feel safe despite coming back late at night. There are two sinks inside and outside the bathroom. They provided sleeping ropes (changed daily) and slippers for the room and the bathroom. They also have a flat iron for your hair!!! Will definitely stay again as the rates are excellent too! They called us a cab to go to the station after we checked out!
