Lovely little cottage, perfect location with walking distance to the town centre (10/15mins), had a lovely weekend celebrating my partners birthday just what we needed to have a break and relax. The cottage was lovely especially the fire in the evenings as it got a bit chilly in the cottage, we really enjoyed our stay
Perfect for our weekend in Bury st Edmunds. A spotlessly clean and well-located cottage which suited our needs very well. A comfortable bed and good shower went down well.
... in a perfect location to explore Bury St Edmunds. Easy walking distance to the town centre.
Tom & Ali are very helpful and make the stay trouble free.
A washing machine/drier would make longer stays a little easire.

Georgian cottage
Pretty cottage very well located for town centre.well equipped. Stairs could be problem for some people.
My son and his girlfriend stayed here and they loved their stay. They loved having a fire in the evenings to make them feel cozy. The bed was very comfy and they had great sleep. Everything was there that they needed it was absolutely perfect for the two of them. It was great as they could leave car there and walk into town. Thank you

We chose this property because the websites said "onsite parking" which we took to mean that we could park our car on a driveway. Not the case. We were advised 3 days prior to our stay that parking was on the street/permits. Had we known this we would not have booked this property. We were also advised that we would be provided with enough permits for the duration of our stay - we werent. Parking in the area is an issue and there are a number of blocks of flats and not enough parking spaces. For the duration of our stay there were always 2 cars parked on the pavement outside the property, Cars were also parked on the pavement and grass in the area on a daily basis. It would have been nice to have been provided with a bath mat and hand towels and extra towels and perhaps a change of bedding for our stay. We were provided with a towel each and one tea cloth for our stay. The property has a great location with a 10-15 minute walk to the Abbey Gardens and the town centre. Unfortunately we found the property to be too small for the length of time that we were there.
It was a lovely property, and we wanted for nothing, the fresh coffe maker was an especially nice touch. Checking in was super easy and we absolutely loved our weekend away.
It is a charming Georgian cottage. Very clean. Great location, able to easily walk to Angel Hill, Cathedral and many restaurants - and close to getting onto major roadways. The interior stairs are steep, unable to get our suitcases upstairs. Bathroom is lovely, modern and clean, but could use a floor mat as floor is slippery getting in/out of shower. But overall a lovely property. Thank you!
