Ich habe 2 Suit Zimmer reserviert. Erste Nacht musste ich in einem Normalen Zimmer übernachten, weil Hotel ausgebucht war. Nach Diskussionen durfte ich dann ab dem 2. Tag in den Suite. 2. Weitere Zimmer ist dann bei Standart geblieben aber war sauber und gepflegt. Generell war das Hotel in eine gute Lage. RESTAURANT ARBEITER WAREN SEHR NETT.

Stay away if your a non smoker

As i entered the room, the smell of cigarettes hit me,i asked to be changed to a non smoking room, i was told everyroom is a smoking room, this is a disgrace as i am a non smoker and the smell was very strong,also, witnessing the workers having argiements in the lobby is very unprofessional, i could hear a worker intimateding/bulling their co worker I hope this worker doesn't suffer from that experience,

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación dentro de Bursa, y se encuentra en una de las calles principales. Es un buen hotel pero necesitaría de alguna renovación porque es bastante antiguo. Lo mejor: la atención a nuestra llegada y la piscina/sauna.

Easily reached from main bus station, use bus number 69. Although I used this bus to get to bus station when I moved on from hotel, and it took so long I missed my bus to Istanbul. Hotel is easy to walk to main tourist sights. Helpful staff, most speak English. Nicest breakfast I have had this trip. Hotel is a little dirty, I believe this is due to all the large groups they have coming through. Bring your bathing suit for the spa!
